This two-day conference is designed around a variety of topics of interest to specialists. The program is based on an "extended institute design" so delegates and presenters are together for the entire conference. This format allows time for skill development, in-depth exploration and the establishment of partnerships/networks.

HANDOUTS & RESOURCE MATERIALS should be downloaded ahead of the Winter Training Institute. NESA will not provide bulk photocopying services in Bahrain. Materials will be posted on each speaker's webpage, listed immediately above.
WINTER TRAINING INSTITUTE REGISTRATION
Registration is required, and includes entrance to all conference sessions, the exhibition, conference program, nametag, coffee breaks and lunch on January 25 and 26.

NESA member Delegate registration: $325 per person
Non-member Delegate registration: $405 per person
Exhibitor Delegates
NESA Member Exhibitor*: $400 per person (fee includes one table/person)
Non-member Exhibitor: $465 per person (fee includes one table/person)
Extra exhibit tables*: $275/table

VISAS
US, Canadian and British citizens can purchase a visa upon arrival at the Bahrain Airport. All other nationalities should check with their nearest Bahraini embassy or consulate. Cost: 15 BD (Bahraini Dinars), which is about $42 USD -- to be paid in local currency. There's a currency exchange/bank before you reach customs.
