The Conference Exhibition is an integral part of the Winter Training Institute. NESA encourages delegates to visit the exhibit space by locating coffee breaks within or near the exhibition.

Set-Up
Exhibitors may arrange with Riffa Views International School to set-up the day before the WTI, Thursday, January 19, or the morning of the first day, Friday, January 20. Please contact Susan Scott at sscott@rvis.edu.bh to arrange access to the school campus for exhibition set-up.

Packing Up
There is no set or required time as to when to pack up your exhibit. Officially, the exhibit closes when the WTI adjourns on Saturday, January 21, at 3:00pm.
