Teacher Representatives
Teacher representatives from NESA regular member schools are appointed or elected to serve as
their school's liaison with NESA. Every fall, reps meet with NESA's executive director at the annual Teacher Rep Meeting to discuss the Spring Educators Conference preparations—themes, speakers, etc—and their role as Teacher Reps which also includes:
- coordinating their school's teacher workshop proposals (accepted only from regular member schools)
- arranging travel/registration of their school's delegation
- coordinating the "Charity Raffle" at the conference, and assisting the NESA Center Staff during the conference
Additionally, NESA relies on the Teacher Reps throughout the year to promote its events, awards and projects, and to solicit submissions to its newsmagazine, NESA NEWS.
The rest of this section is available only to NESA Teacher Representatives at regular member schools.
