American Education Reaches Out: Standards Based Curriculum (AERO: SBC)
Six institutes at the Potomac School (McLean, VA):
Academic Leaders (for curriculum coordinators and administrators);
AERO: SBC Workshops on curriculum design in:

- Mathematics
- Social Studies
- World Languages
Preference will be given to administrator/curriculum coordinator and teacher teams. Tuition, room, and board are free.

Foresight Education Program Workshop
A workshop in Washington, D.C., for teachers in overseas schools committed to incorporating "foresight education" into the school program. The workshop includes an introduction to future studies, work of international futurists, and real world applications of future studies in government, business, and NGOs. Jefferson Overseas Technology Institute (JOSTI)
The 20th annual state-of-the-art technology information/training for administrators, teachers, and techies will be held at the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, Fairfax, VA. Seventy-five (75) participants by application. Tuition, room, and board are free.
