The Conference Exhibition is an integral part of NESA conferences and institutes. NESA encourages delegates to visit the exhibit by locating coffee breaks within the exhibition space. Exhibitions are organized at all four NESA events:

  • Fall Leadership Conference (FLC), October 23-26, 2014 (Istanbul)
  • Fall Training Institute (FTI), November 7-8, 2014 (Doha)
  • Winter Training Institute (WTI), January 23-24, 2015 (Bahrain)
  • Spring Educators Conference (SEC), March 20-23, 2015 (Istanbul)

General Interest Workshops Presented by NESA "Members" & "Affiliates": As a benefit of NESA "member" or "affiliate" status, Member/Affiliate Exhibitors are invited to present one-hour General Interest Workshops at the FLC and SEC. A limited number or sessions are available (based on scheduling and space constraints) on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. If you are a NESA "member" or "affiliate" and are interested in presenting a workshop at FLC 2014, please complete the online General Interest Workshop form by September 1 (Note: Workshop descriptions and speaker bios will be posted soon after NESA receives the form.) The General Interest Workshop Form for SEC 2015 will be activated later this fall.

Exhibitor Registration Fees: Fees include conference program (FLC & SEC only), nametag, bag or portfolio, entry to social events, coffee breaks and lunch for two or three days (depending on the schedule).

The exhibitor fee structure are streamlined so that registration and table fees are combined. Registration fees for 2014-2015 are as follows:

Fall Leadership Conference:
1 Member Exhibitor registration + 1 exhibit table*: $1,100
1 Non-member Exhibitor registration + 1 exhibit table: $1,930
Additional exhibitor: $345
Additional exhibit table: $345

Spring Educators Conference:
1 Member Exhibitor registration + 1 exhibit table*: $1,100
1 Non-member Exhibitor registration + 1 exhibit table: $1,930
Additional exhibitor: $265
Additional exhibit table: $265

Fall Training Institute / Winter Training Institute:
1 Member Exhibitor registration + 1 exhibit table*: $545
1 Non-member Exhibitor registration + 1 exhibit table: $625

*NOTE: NESA members and affiliates are entitled to one additional table free of charge, upon advance request (indicate on the conference registration form).

Shipping Materials to Event Site*: To courier materials to the conference/institute site, please go to that event's homepage and click the "Exhibitors" tab for the postal address and other relevant instructions.

Set-up: Exhibitors may set-up the day before the conference or institute. Details (exact time, etc) will be emailed to each exhibitor and posted in that event's section on this website. If you do not need a lot of set-up time, you may also set up the first morning of the conference or institute.

Size of exhibit tables: Usually, tables are approximately 1.80m long x 80cm wide. They are covered with tablecloths and skirts.

Individual Exhibit Space: NESA exhibitions are modest in size (about 50 tables at the FLC and SEC; approx. 5 exhibitors at FTI and WTI) and are usually located in the foyer of the ballroom where plenary sessions are held (for the two conferences). At the two institutes, held on a member school campus, the exhibit is held in a central location, with the coffee breaks in this area or nearby.

Posters/Banners: NESA does not provide signs or banners with exhibitor names. Attaching posters to walls is prohibited. If you need floor space for a large, wide display/banner, please reserve an additional exhibit table (one additional table is free for NESA members and affiliates) and note you need this space but no table in the "Comments" box on the registration form. A 1.80 meter (approx.) space will be left for the wide display/banner.

Electrical Outlets/Extension Cords: Electrical lines and extension cords can be provided by the hotel or school, upon request. Exhibitors should bring adapter plugs for computers or for other equipment.

Packing Up: Officially, the exhibit closes when the conference or institute adjourns. Be sure to bring masking/packing tape to close boxes. If you plan to donate extra samples to our host school, please pack and clearly mark those boxes. Inform the NESA Staff so they may alert the school to arrange pick-up.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to lack of participation, the consolidated shipment service of exhibit materials sent from the US is no longer offered.
