At NESA we focus on adult learning because we know it impacts student learning.

For 50 years, NESA has offered diverse forms of support for our learning community to nurture and nourish adult learning. The time NESA leaders and teachers spend at our professional learning events trickles into every aspect of the schools we serve.

NESA's adult learning program addresses every domain of a school, from school heads, principals, trustees, learning directors and teachers, to business managers, HR directors, teacher leaders, coaches, mentors, tech coordinators and administrative assistants.

NESA's professional learning events feature educational experts facilitating workshops that focus on practical strategies and skill development leading to deep learning and system impact. They support educators in a powerful stance of inquiry, growth mindset, practice and reflection, while allowing opportunities for collaborative inquiry, connection and community building.
