HOW WILL IT WORK?
Participants will work in interest-based teams and use an innovation management platform to crowdsource, co-create and scale ideas over the course of the event.

Individuals or teams bring an idea or area to develop and:
- Collaborate with others based on interest strand/problem of practice;
- Engage in a Design Sprint in teams to co-create a product, plan or tool;
- Reflect on lessons learned, identify opportunities moving forward, and co-create strategies and products;
- Leave with a tangible product, plan or tool.
The Summit will also include an Opening Plenary for all participants, and close with sharing and showcasing for transformation and future collaboration.

John Burns is the Chief Innovation Officer for International Schools Services (ISS), a nonprofit that has launched over 100 international schools and placed over 50,000 educators worldwide. He primarily works on creating cultures in which innovation can spark and has led the development of numerous infrastructure, design and professional learning initiatives across #ISSedu.

Tara Waudby believes compassion elevates innovation and that peace begins in schools. She is committed to shifting educational paradigms and is co-founder of the Compassion Summit, a global movement committed to building a coalition of compassionate schools. Her additional interests include futuring, positive psychology, fostering mission-driven schools, and using a systems approach to schooling.

Children should leave school happy, confident and with curiosity to learn. Jessica Davis’ work as Director of Learning at Riffa Views International School is to lead schools and teachers in the quest to develop happy, confident and curious learners. Balancing teacher agency with system coherence, Jessica is helping lead the RVIS community into the future of education while supporting and honoring the RVIS culture. .
Registration Fees
The per school fees include unlimited faculty attendance for both days of the Online Design Summit.
All fees quoted are in US Dollars (USD).
An invoice will be sent following registration.

- NESA Affiliate School: $150/school
- Non-member School: $225/school
- Individual Registration (NESA Member/Affiliate): $50/person
- Individual Registration (Non-member): $75/person
