- A Phenomenon — wake up to a deeper level of awareness that we use as a source.
- A Framework and Language — for seeing and talking about our deeper levels of experience.
- A Methodology — to help us be more effective in operating from the deeper space.
Please join with NESA Online Leadership Event delegates from across the region to gain both a conceptual and experiential understanding of the Theory U.
Otto Scharmer, Senior Lecturer at MIT and author of Theory U, will give the Opening Keynote at OLE on October 21. This “tee-up” session on October 6 will allow individuals and teams to experience Theory U’s different uses by experiencing three applications: a protocol, a framework, a way of operating in relation to the future.
In the session, we will build together a shared vocabulary and teaming practices that draw from Adaptive Leadership and “Systems-Thinking” approaches.
