Strategies for Success as an HR Professional

Many of our international schools are operating with one or two HR professionals. Time is short, resources are limited, and constantly shifting priorities can be a major issue.

In this roundtable session, we will learn to analyze and enhance the HR practices in your school. We will explore a three-step framework (Assess, Build, Map) to help you measure your current practices, build a set of realistic best practices, and map those practices to what is achievable in your school.

Influencing and Managing Stakeholders as an HR Leader

In this highly interactive roundtable session, we will explore how to uncover your influential power as a subject expert matter in Human Resources. We will explore ways to use your knowledge and skills to lead your leadership team to improve HR services across your school through a solid Human Resource Business Partner structure.

This session will provide opportunities for you to analyze real-world case studies and engage in dynamic group discussions to strengthen your consulting skills, business acumen, and ability to strategically contribute to organizational goals.
