The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the critical importance of prioritizing wellbeing practices in international schools. Teachers and school staff have faced unique challenges in maintaining safe learning environments for students while also managing their own wellbeing, motivation, and work productivity. It is essential for educators to lead by example and create a positive and supportive environment for employees. This interactive workshop aims to address these challenges by exploring real-life case studies and providing practical insights to assist HR professionals in building resilient and thriving communities that prioritize mental and emotional health, ultimately fostering a brighter future for everyone.
