EXHIBIT AT NESA LFS25
The Exhibition is an integral part of NESA Summits. To encourage delegates to visit the exhibit space, coffee breaks are located within or near the exhibition. Multiple extended breaks have been built into the schedule to allow for networking and visits to the exhibit area.
Please contact laura@nesacenter.org for exhibit-related inquiries.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY: Innovation & Learning Session
The Summit includes an opportunity to participate in an INNOVATION & LEARNING SESSION on Day 2 (April 6), 9:30-10:30am – a networking experience with LFS delegates on the Summit themes of Conscious Citizenship and Digital Literacy.
Exhibitors should be prepared to discuss how they support NESA schools in relation to these themes.
EXHIBITOR FAQ
SET UP
Exhibitors may set up their materials the day before the Summit, Friday, April 4, 3:00-6:00pm, or the morning of the first day (ie, Saturday, April 5), either before the opening plenary starting at 9:00am, or during the plenary; you should be set up by the first coffee break at 10:30am. [View LFS schedule]
If you will set up on Friday, please let us know so we may inform the school. Email Laura Canellopoulou: laura@nesacenter.org
The LFS will take place on the campus of the American Community Schools of Athens, Greece, a 35-45 minute drive from the Royal Olympic Hotel in downtown Athens. (Buses will be provided for all delegates and exhibitors from the hotel to the school and back Saturday and Sunday, April 5-6)
EXHIBIT TABLES
Exhibit tables are rectangular, approximately 1.8m (6ft) long x 80cm (2.6ft) wide. They will be covered by tablecloths; exhibitors may bring their own branded tablecloths/coverings if they wish.
DISPLAY BANNERS
Pull-up floor banners can be placed next to or behind each exhibitor's table, as long as they do not block the flow of traffic or infringe on the space of another exhibitor. Tabletop display banners or modestly-sized banners (approx. up to 5 feet/1.5 meters high x 18 inches/45cm wide), rather than very tall/wide floor banners, are encouraged. Wide banners must be placed behind the table and should not exceed the width of the rectangular exhibit table (1.80m).
INTERNET & ELECTRICITY
Complimentary internet will be available throughout conference spaces; electricity access will also be provided. Powerstrips with multiple plugs will be shared by adjacent exhibitors; if possible, bring chargers with longer cords in case the power strip is not next to your table, or if your table is not located in front of a wall plug.
SECURITY
ACS Athens is a closed campus with security. However, leaving valuables, give-away items, etc., unattended at any time (even during Summit hours, ie, to go to lunch) is not advised.
PACKING UP
Officially, the exhibit closes when the Summit ends on Sunday, April 6 at 3:30pm. Be sure to bring masking/packing tape to close boxes.
If you would like to donate materials to our host school, the American Community Schools of Athens, please mark the boxes and inform a NESA team member so we can let a school representative know.

* IMPORTANT *
