Each group will be led by an experienced Truman Group clinician, who will facilitate meetings and provide clinical consultation.

Participants will earn a certificate from the Truman Group.

SCHEDULE

Groups will meet remotely for 90 minutes twice per month for the duration of the school year.

AUDIENCE

For international school counselors at full NESA Member Schools.

COUNSELOR FEEDBACK

Being able to spend time with other international counselors was essential to my well-being professionally and personally. We became quite close as a group and will continue to keep in touch and support one another. The sharing of expertise, knowledge, skills, resources and case studies was very helpful.

It was great connecting with counselors from different schools. Thank you again for providing this valuable program.

The cohort lightened my load. We were able to share resources, and made good connections.

I loved being part of this cohort. I felt very supported and connected to the group.

You are doing a very good service to school counselors. This is a great place to talk about helping others and ourselves.

It's a safe space to share what counselors have to deal with in challenging times. We bounce off ideas, we learn from each other, and we share frustrations that turn into possible solutions. It's been a great experience.
