JACINTA WILLIAMS has spent over 20 years helping schools, nonprofits, and organizations navigate complex challenges and create environments where people can thrive. She brings deep experience in guiding teams through strategic change, designing meaningful engagement, and ensuring that structures, policies, and practices align with an organization’s core values.
Her work began in community advocacy, ensuring that women in Atlanta had access to critical health resources. She later co-founded an initiative to expand services for women of color, an experience that shaped her approach to systems, access, and meaningful change. Since then, she has worked across education, nonprofits, and corporate spaces—coaching leaders, facilitating critical conversations, and helping teams move from good intentions to real impact.
A skilled coach, facilitator, and process designer, Jacinta creates spaces for reflection, collaboration, and action. Her approach is rooted in designing processes that don’t just look good on paper but actually make a difference in people’s daily experiences.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology summa cum laude from Emory University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Oglethorpe University. In her spare time, you can find her working out, traveling, reading fantasy novels, and supporting community development efforts.
