Visa Applications
Delegates must apply for a Visitor Visa (Tourist Visa) – not a Business Visit Visa (Lebanese Passport Holders: please see below).
As visa regulations and processing timelines are currently unpredictable, delegates are strongly advised to apply for a Tourist Visa as soon as possible.
- If eligible, you may apply for your Tourist Visa online via the Saudi eVisa Portal. You will be notified immediately of approval or rejection.
- If you are not sure of your eligibility, you may first go to: Find out what type of Visa you need to Visit Saudi. The website will direct you to the correct visa category.
- If you are ineligible for an eVisa, you may apply for a Tourist Visa through the nearest Saudi embassy or consulate. Be sure to apply as a tourist (not for a conference), and do not mention NESA or the conference in your application.
If your Tourist Visa application is denied, please complete this form so that AIS-R may assist with a Business Visit Visa application. Business Visit Visas are used only if a Tourist Visa is denied, and the process is longer and requires additional approvals.
To allow sufficient time for processing, delegates requiring a Business Visit Visa must submit their details by November 25, 2025.

LEBANESE PASSPORT HOLDERS: Apply directly for a Business Visit Visa – not a Tourist Visa:
- Complete this form no later than November 25, 2025.
- The host school (AIS-R) will request an authorization/invitation letter from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). This authorization serves only as an invitation – it is not the final visa.
- Confirm the official Business Visa requirements with the Saudi Embassy in your country of residence
- After receiving the authorization/invitation letter from AIS-R, submit your Business Visit Visa application directly to the Embassy.
COMPLIANCE NOTICE: It is strictly prohibited to use a Tourist Visa for religious activities such as performing Umrah. Any misrepresentation of travel purpose can result in severe penalties and fines.

Registration fees include your institute of choice, a community gathering, as well as the institute registration package and name tag. Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided each day.
