Registration fees include

IMPORTANT
Each school is expected to register between 5 and 20 students, as students will be working in school teams throughout the event.
Each school is responsible for determining the appropriate number of chaperones per student and for ensuring adequate supervision in line with its own child protection and safeguarding policies.

EXHIBITOR Registration fees include
- One exhibit table and two exhibitor attendees
- Participation in a networking session

NOTE: Exhibitors are encouraged to register if their products and services align with the Summit themes of Holistic, Experiential, and InterGenerational Learning, and should be prepared to discuss how they support NESA schools in relation to them.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
NESA is pleased to offer preferred rates on room reservations to LFS26 Delegates, Students and Exhibitors at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences. Rates apply until February 27, 2026.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
Please check visa requirements for entering India prior to your travel. More information is available here.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to apply for a Tourist Visa (not a Business or Conference Visa).
TRANSPORTATION & TRANSFERS
NESA will provide airport transfers from Mumbai International Airport to the Grand Hyatt Mumbai for student teams and their chaperones. Educator delegates are kindly asked to make their own transportation arrangements to the hotel, as arrival times vary.
Roundtrip transportation between the American School of Bombay and the Grand Hyatt Mumbai will be provided for all delegates before and after sessions on March 27–29.
A shuttle bus will depart from the school shortly after the Summit concludes on March 29 for all delegates heading directly to the airport.
