NESA Cancellation Notice

REGISTRATION

Delegates are required to pre-register for NESA events and programs according to the instructions on the NESA website. For fees and registration deadlines, please see the respective event or program page on the NESA website.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION FEE REFUNDS

A. Chargeable Event – In-person

Registration fees for cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the event will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $50. Registration fees for cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the event will not be refunded except in extenuating circumstances. A written request for a refund should be submitted for review by the NESA Executive Director.

B. Chargeable Offering - Virtual

Registration fees for cancellations up to one week before the start of the offering will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $50. Registration fees for cancellations received within 7 days of the start of the offering will not be refunded except in extenuating circumstances. A written request for a refund should be submitted for review by the NESA Executive Director.

C. No-Cost Offering

Registrants can cancel their participation in “no-cost” NESA learning events without penalty. A written cancellation notice is appreciated.

Approved refunds will be returned via the method they were received at NESA (i.e. bank wire, credit card or check).

IN-PERSON EVENTS

NESA is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. We advise registrants to take out travel insurance to safeguard themselves from any unforeseen changes or cancellations of travel arrangements.

GENERAL

Some program topics and speakers may be subject to change without notice.

In the event that NESA should need to cancel or change the date of an event, paid registrants have the option to receive a full refund of their fees or have them applied as a credit toward a future event.
