The Conference Exhibition is an integral part of the Fall Leadership Conference (FLC).
NESA encourages delegates to visit the exhibit space by locating coffee breaks within the exhibition.
Below are important details for NESA exhibitors in Doha

Exhibitor Registration Fee

The exhibitor fee structure is designed so that registration and table fees are combined.

Fees include: registration for one exhibitor (representative), one exhibit table, conference program, nametag, conference gift, entry to social events (Welcome Reception Oct 20, Gala Evening Oct 22), lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (October 20, 21, 22), and coffee breaks.

Fall Leadership Conference Registration Fees:

  • 1 Exhibitor Affiliate registration + 1 exhibit table*: $1,210
  • 1 Exhibitor non-Affiliate registration + 1 exhibit table: $2,080
  • Additional exhibitor: $390

*Because of space constraints, we may not be able to offer the additional complimentary table to NESA affiliates. For any questions please contact us at

Exhibition Hours

The exhibit is open during conference hours. Please see the Conference Schedule for timings. Generally, most exhibitors are at their booths each morning before the plenary session or workshops begin, and during high-traffic times, eg, coffee breaks and the start/end of lunch.

Shipping Materials to Doha

You may courier exhibit materials directly to the Ritz Carlton at the following address:

Soumia Trachi, Catering and Conference Services Executive
(NESA Conference)
The Ritz-Carlton, Doha
West Bay Lagoon
PO BOX 23400, Doha - State of Qatar

Tel.: +974 4484 8314

Please email Ms Trachi to alert her of your shipment. If you complete a packing slip or proforma invoice, list “samples of no commercial value” and include a low value for the items (not a zero value).

Mr Trachi's email address is:

Exhibitors may set-up the day before the conference, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 after 12:00 noon.

If you do not need a lot of set-up time, you may also set up early Thursday morning (October 20) prior to the opening keynote at 8:30am — the exhibition will be open from 7:30am that day.

Pick Up Conference Materials

Prior to set-up, please visit the NESA Office at the Ritz Carlton Doha to collect your conference materials (nametag, program, etc). A NESA staff member will escort you to your table.

Internet & Electricity

Complimentary internet will be available throughout the conference spaces; electricity access will also be provided.

Please note, however, that during peak times (eg, coffee breaks, lunches), the complimentary internet may be slow, especially if delegates use multiple devices at the same time. Thank you for your understanding.

Hotel Room Reservations

The NESA block of rooms at the conference hotel, the Ritz Carlton, is sold out. Rooms are available at the Ritz's sister hotel, the Sharq Village & Spa. More information is available on the hotel room reservations page.

Exhibit Tables

The size of tables is approximately 1.8m long x 80 centimeters wide. Tables are covered with a table cloth and skirt.

NESA will provide security, if necessary, for the exhibition. Upon request, the hotel will provide tablecloths for exhibitors to cover the exhibits after-hours. Leaving valuables unattended is not advised.

Officially, the exhibit closes when the conference adjourns on Sunday afternoon, October 23 at 1:15pm. Be sure to bring masking/packing tape to close boxes.

If you plan to donate extra samples to our host school (American School of Doha, a NESA member), please pack and clearly mark those boxes. Inform the NESA Staff so they may alert the school to arrange pick-up.

General Interest Workshops

As a benefit of NESA "affiliate" status, Affiliate Exhibitors are invited to present one-hour General Interest Workshops during the FLC. A limited number of sessions is available (based on scheduling and space constraints) on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. Because of high demand, unfortunately all workshop slots have been filled. Thank you for your interest and understanding.

Affiliates were sent an invitation to present in May. Please contact Laura Canellopoulou for any questions:
