Peggy Woodard, Ryan Foreman & Joe Fonseca
PEGGY WOODARD is a Forensic Interviewer and Consultant at the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children. She is a graduate of the Florida State University School of Criminology. Ms Woodard was a criminal defense investigator with Georgia’s Northern Circuit Public Defender’s Office and later graduated from the Florida Police Academy and worked in child sex crimes investigations.
Ms. Woodard retired from the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) and acted as DFCS Liaison to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, working jointly with their medical child protection team and other hospital staff to assess cases of suspected child abuse and neglect. She was a member of the Georgia Task Force on the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.

RYAN FOREMAN joined the Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) as a Special Agent in 2013. He is serving a two-year tour as the Department of State’s Representative to the FBI’s Crimes Against Children and Human Trafficking unit. SA Foreman also serves as the Diplomatic Security’s Liaison Agent to the Bureau of Consular Affairs’ Office of Children’s Issues, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children within Family Abductions-Hague Countries.

JOE FONSECA has 20 years of experience working violent crimes against children investigations for the FBI. SA Fonseca was previously assigned to the FBI's Atlanta, Georgia, Field Office, where he served as the Crimes Against Children Coordinator. While in Atlanta, SA Fonseca created and oversaw the FBI’s largest child exploitation task force and is a founding member and former team leader of the FBI’s Child Abduction Rapid Deployment Team.
