The Conference Exhibition is an integral part of the Spring Educators Conference (SEC).
NESA encourages delegates to visit the exhibit space by locating coffee breaks within the exhibition.

Shipping Materials to Bangkok

You may courier exhibit materials directly to the Royal Orchid Sheraton, the conference hotel. However, please be advised packages may need extra time to clear customs and taxes may apply. Ensure the correct customs documents accompany the package(s) and that fees have been paid (delivery duty paid) before sending the shipment.

On the proforma invoice/packing slip, list the contents as “conference samples of no commercial value”, and include a low value for the items (not a zero value). Please use this courier address -- Be sure your company/institution name appears clearly on the package:

Exhibitor Registration Fee

The exhibitor fee structure is designed so registration and table fees are combined.

Fees include: registration for one exhibitor (representative), one exhibit table, conference program, nametag, conference gift, entry to social events (Welcome Reception March 31, Gala Evening April 1), three lunches, and coffee breaks.

Spring Educators Conference Exhibitor Registration Fees:

  • 1 Exhibitor Affiliate registration + 1 exhibit table*: $1,210
  • 1 Exhibitor non-Affiliate registration + 1 exhibit table: $2,080
  • Additional exhibitor: $305

*NESA 'Affiliate' exhibitors may request a second complimentary table, which will be provided if space is available. For any questions please contact us at :conferences@nesacenter.org

Register for the SEC

Exhibition Hours

The exhibit is open during conference hours. Please see the Conference Schedule for timings. Generally, most exhibitors are at their booths each morning before the plenary session or workshops begin, and during high-traffic times, eg, coffee breaks and the start/end of lunch.

Set-Up

Exhibitors may set-up the day before the conference, Thursday, March 30, after 11:00am.

If you do not need a lot of set-up time, you may also set up early Friday morning (March 31) prior to the opening keynote at 8:30am — the exhibition will be open from 7:30am that day.

Pick Up Conference Materials

Prior to set-up, please visit the NESA Office in the "Ayaret" room (2nd floor) at the Royal Orchid Sheraton to collect your conference materials (nametag, program, etc).

A NESA staff member will escort you to your table.

Internet & Electricity

Complimentary internet will be available throughout the conference spaces; electricity access will also be provided.

Please note, however, that during peak times (eg, coffee breaks, lunches), the complimentary internet may be slow, especially if delegates use multiple devices at the same time. Thank you for your understanding.

Display Banners / Exhibit Tables

Display Banners: Because of limited space between exhibit tables, we encourage exhibitors to bring tabletop display banners or modestly-sized banners (approx. up to 5 feet/1.5 meters high x 18 inches/45cm wide), rather than tall/wide floor banners. Thank you!

Exhibit Tables: The size of tables is approximately 1.8m long x 80 centimeters wide. Tables are covered with a tablecloth and skirt.

Security

NESA will provide security, if necessary, for the exhibition. Upon request, the hotel will provide tablecloths for exhibitors to cover the exhibit materials after-hours. Leaving valuables unattended is not advised.

Packing-up/Tear-down

Officially, the exhibit closes when the conference adjourns on Sunday afternoon, April 2 at 4:30pm. Be sure to bring masking/packing tape to close boxes.

If you plan to donate extra samples to our host school (Ruamrudee International School), please pack and clearly mark those boxes. Inform the NESA Staff so they may alert the school to arrange pick-up.

General Interest Workshops

As a benefit of NESA "affiliate organization" status, Affiliate Exhibitors are invited to present one-hour General Interest Workshops during the SEC. A limited number of sessions is available (based on scheduling and space constraints) on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.

These workshops are scheduled for Saturday, April 1, 4:45-5:45pm. In mid-January, Affiliate organizations were emailed an invitation to present with a link to a workshop form.
