Leading and Influencing through Authentic Conversation
FACILITATOR: Tom Costello
Thursday-Friday, October 18-19
Tom Costello’s work focuses on effective influence in organizations, and Business Managers and HR Directors will join together in a set of specially tailored interactive workshops.
This two-day workshop for Human Resources Directors, Business Managers, school directors and other leaders will examine the behavioral dynamics created as people use different influencing behaviors in their conversations together.
This two-day workshop blends different learning styles to allow you to hear some theory, offer time to reflect and discuss your own thoughts and perspectives, as well as experiencing a real group conversation where you will have the opportunity to give and receive feedback to each other on the impact you have when influencing people in group settings.
You will come away with an increased level of self-awareness, a deeper insight into others’ behavior, and a clarity about how to plan and prepare for future conversations with interest and confidence.
These sessions have been developed in collaboration with the NESA Business Managers and NESA Human Resources Directors Collaboratives.
