CAROL BROOKS SIMONEAU, EdD, is the Director of Thinking Collaborative and provides Cognitive CoachingSM and Adaptive Schools training. She is the author of A Facilitator’s Guide to On-line Professional Development: Establishing Communities of Learning and Cultures of Thinking.
She earned a BA degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska, and a Master of Science degree with a Reading Specialist endorsement and an Educational Administration and Leadership endorsement from Kansas State University. She completed a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership from Kansas State University.
JIM ROUSSIN has worked as a language arts teacher, gifted coordinator, ESL coordinator, curriculum director, executive director of teaching, learning, and school improvement, adjunct professor, and educational consultant. He is currently the Executive Director of Generative Learning.
Additionally, Mr Roussin is a Teaching Associate for Human Systems Dynamics, an institute that is using complexity theory to impact organizational development work. He also facilitates program evaluation.
