Description

As school administrators seek to support their faculty and staff, there is a natural tendency for people to pull away in times of threat, resulting in isolation and fragmentation. This online, facilitated, personally coached program with Steve Barkley is offered to SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE TEAMS as an antidote to this inclination — and to equip leaders with strategies and a plan tailored to their own school community.

Structure/Overview

OPENING WEBINAR:
Facilitated Training
  • Once your team has registered, Steve Barkley will contact you to schedule this opening webinar.
  • This instructional webinar is based on the article, “Leading with Teams”.
  • Steve will present and answer questions.
  • Team members will engage in dialogue to assess the current status of the leadership team and school.
MONTHLY ZOOM CALL: Facilitated Meeting & Instruction
  • The team will attend 8 monthly team meetings focusing on progress and next steps: forming hypotheses and evidence of progress.
  • 60 - 75 minutes in duration.
  • These monthly calls will help you stay on track and progressing.

CONFIDENTIAL PERSONAL INTERVIEW

Steve will conduct a confidential personal interview with each team member to explore the individual perceptions of the current status.
TEAM FEEDBACK AND GOAL SETTING

  • During this first of 8 facilitated monthly meetings, team members will receive feedback on common themes that emerged during the individual personal interviews.
  • The team will set a goal for what is to be accomplished in the course of the year for how they work together and what they accomplish:
        • As a team
        • As a school
INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS

Steve will offer three additional individual coaching sessions for each person on the leadership team during this period on their individual role and development.

Registration Fees

  • 10-member team: $16,000
  • 5-member team: $11,000
  • 3-member team: $8,500
  • Each additional team member: $1,000 (10 maximum)
