In this interactive workshop, we’ll begin with a quick overview of the science of strengths to learn how playing to our strengths improves wellbeing, performance, collaboration and much more! .
Participants will engage in an exercise that will help them deepen awareness of their own strengths and explore connections to energy: What gives us a boost? What drains us?
Then, we’ll explore some strategies for optimizing our strengths use to maximize energy, including creating complementary strengths partnerships on teams (and many more).
