Submission Guidelines & Specifications
NESA SCHOOL SUBMISSIONS
Showcase your school in NESA NEWS!
NESA schools are invited to contribute articles, announcements, news items and events.
Maximum 500 words. Please include:
- article title
- author name & job title
- author/contact email address to be published with the piece
- at least one graphic or photo (photos should have captions, if applicable).

Submission Deadlines:
A NESA NEWS Digest (see example) is emailed to the NESA Community the third Wednesday of each month. In order for your submission to be included in that month's Digest, please submit by the following dates:

| December issue: DEC. 4 | April issue: APR. 8 |
| January issue: JAN. 8 | May issue: MAY 6 |
NESA PREMIUM AFFILIATE ORGANIZATION SUBMISSIONS
Connect with the NESA Community!
Premium Affiliate members are invited to contribute an "advertorial" and a "promote your event" article to NESA NEWS (Note: In addition, we will send a targeted e-notice out to our schools and post on our Twitter feed to promote your event).
These are great ways to connect with the NESA community and get the word out about your products and services.
ADVERTORIAL:
You may contribute a general interest article or a piece focused on your institution's offerings for schools. While we can’t accept advertisements, feel free to use your logo, photos and other graphics.
Length: 600-700 words. Please include:
- article title
- author name & job title (if applicable)
- author/contact email address (if applicable) to be published with the piece
- Website URL
- at least one graphic or photo (include captions with photos, if applicable)
