Exhibit at NESA

Connect. Contribute. Be part of the learning.

NESA hosts exhibitions at the Fall Leadership Conference and the Learning Futures Summit, offering organizations serving schools and educators the opportunity to build lasting relationships, engage in professional dialogue, and contribute to learning across the NESA region – and beyond.

Exhibitors are an integral part of each event. They share expertise, tools, and innovations while participating in the event experience. The exhibition is intentionally designed to foster interaction: coffee breaks take place within the exhibit space to encourage informal connection and conversation, and exhibitors are welcomed to take part throughout the event, including social gatherings.

Opportunities for Deeper Engagement

Beyond the exhibit space, NESA Affiliate Organizations are invited into structured opportunities for deeper dialogue and learning partnerships.

FLC Learning Partner Sessions

As a benefit of their membership, NESA Affiliate Organizations may submit a proposal to present a one-hour Learning Partner Session at the Fall Leadership Conference.

These workshops may focus on:

  • Resources or best practices
  • Successful school-based implementation
  • Innovations aligned with NESA’s mission of sustainable school improvement

Proposals should reflect a collaborative approach and a commitment to shared learning. Invitations to submit are sent each spring, with a mid-July deadline.

LFS Innovation & Learning Session

At the Learning Futures Summit, exhibitors are invited to participate in an Innovation & Learning Session – a structured networking opportunity that brings educators and NESA Learning Partners together for focused dialogue.

Across several rounds, participants will:

  • Share insights and innovations aligned with Summit themes
  • Highlight how your work supports student learning and community growth
  • Engage in meaningful conversation with educators

While products, programs, or services may be introduced, the emphasis remains on knowledge-sharing and exchange.

Event Sponsorship

Organizations seeking a more visible role in supporting NESA’s mission may choose to sponsor the Fall Leadership Conference, Educators Training Institute, or Learning Futures Summit.

Sponsorship provides increased visibility across the event, opportunities for meaningful engagement with participants, and alignment with NESA’s commitment to collaborative professional learning. A range of sponsorship levels is available to suit different goals and areas of focus. Advertising opportunities in the FLC program are also available.
