Exhibit at the NESA Learning Futures Summit

Overview

This half-hour session is designed to be mutually beneficial, offering a platform to showcase your expertise while learning from and supporting the needs of educators. The session takes place in the exhibition space over coffee, and the tone is informal, conversational, dynamic, interactive, and fun – a shared space for learning as much as for connection.

Summit Themes

The session brings together educators (adults only) and NESA Learning Partners to exchange ideas, explore shared challenges, and build meaningful connections aligned with the Summit themes.

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate if their work aligns with the themes, and to come prepared to discuss how they support NESA schools in relation to them.

You may find it helpful to center your conversations around the following guiding questions:

• How do we nurture student and adult agency to increase civic engagement?
• How do we cultivate the conditions for deep learning?
• How do we recognize developmental approaches in learning?
• How do we amplify and harness skills and capacities that can grow over a lifetime?

How It Will Work

You will meet with educators over several rounds of learning exchange and dialogue, with opportunities to share a brief presentation and/or respond to questions. The aim is to encourage interaction with different groups of educators, with an emphasis on conversation and exchange.

While you may introduce your products, programs, or services, the focus should remain on knowledge-sharing. Delegates are interested in how you support their students, faculty/staff, and wider school community. We encourage you to leave space for questions and discussion.

Shipping instructions will be posted closer to the event date.

Exhibitors may set up their materials on Friday afternoon/evening, or on Saturday morning – before or during the welcome plenary; all exhibits should be in place by the first coffee break.

Exhibit Tables

Exhibit tables are rectangular, approximately 1.8m (6ft) long x 80cm (2.6ft) wide. They will be covered by tablecloths; exhibitors may bring their own branded tablecloths/coverings if they wish.

Display Banners

Pull-up floor banners can be placed next to or behind each exhibitor's table, as long as they do not block the flow of traffic or infringe on the space of another exhibitor. Tabletop display banners or modestly-sized banners, rather than very tall/wide floor banners, are encouraged. Wide banners must be placed behind the table and should not exceed the width of the rectangular exhibit table (1.80m).

Leaving valuables, give-away items, etc., unattended at any time (even during Summit hours, e.g., to go to lunch) is not advised.

• Complimentary internet will be available throughout conference spaces.
• Electricity access will be provided.
• Powerstrips will be shared by several exhibitors; bring chargers with longer cords.

Officially, the exhibit closes when the Summit ends on Sunday afternoon.

Be sure to bring masking or packing tape to seal your boxes.
