Ylva Kovacs

YLVA KOVACS is the Director of Admissions, Marketing & Communications & Alumni at the American Embassy School (AES), New Delhi. Before joining AES in 2018, Ylva, a Swedish national, worked with Singapore American School for over 20 years in various departments, the last 10 years as their Admissions Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education (Honors) from Wheelock College, Boston.

Ylva's son Jonas graduated from AES with the Class of 2020.


Janice Roper

Assistant Director of Technology, AES

JANICE ROPER is an experienced educational technology professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Technology at The American Embassy School in New Delhi. Janice holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from The University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Acadia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Trinity Western University.
