NESA News Submission Guidelines

At the heart of our organization is our community.

We welcome contributions to NESA NEWS from NESA Member Schools, Affiliate Schools, and Premium Affiliate Organizations. Share what’s happening, celebrate your people, and spotlight your work!

Articles are posted to The NESA NEWS as they are received, then shared in the NESA NEWS Digest, which is emailed to the wider NESA community four times a year.

Submission Requirements

Suggested length: 
  • 500-700 words (maximum: 750 words)

Shorter pieces are welcome if they clearly convey your story.

Please include:
  • Article title
  • Author name & job title (if applicable)
  • Author or contact email (optional – will be published if included)
  • Link or website URL (if relevant)
  • At least one lead image or graphic
  • Captions for additional photos (if included)

The NESA NEWS Digest is emailed to the NESA community four times a year. To be considered for an upcoming issue, please submit your content by the relevant cutoff date:
