Hotel-School Transportation
For delegates staying at The Soaltee Kathmandu hotel, NESA will provide daily transportation to and from the school on each day of the Institute. An airport shuttle bus will also depart from the school after sessions conclude on the final day.
Visa Requirements
Please review Nepal’s visa information before you travel to confirm the Tourist Visa requirements for your nationality. Eligible travelers may obtain a tourist visa on arrival; however, to avoid long queues and potential difficulties, we recommend completing the Electronic Travel Authorization application 5–6 days before travel. Print your application submission receipt and bring it with you; you can pay the visa fee upon arrival.
